3 eggs
250 g plain yogurt
250 g flour
300 ml water
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Sprinkle the baking soda into the yogurt and stir. Leave for 3–4 minutes so the soda reacts and bubbles form.
Whisk the eggs thoroughly. Pour in the water and add the oil, salt and sugar. Mix well.
Add the yogurt and mix well again. Finally, add the flour and mix thoroughly. Leave the batter to rest for 10 minutes.
Cook pancakes from the batter in a greased frying pan.
