600 g minced meat
4 eggs (3 boiled and 1 raw)
2 carrots
2 pickled gherkins
50 g kashkaval cheese, for sprinkling
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp summer savory
1 tsp dried parsley
Ground black pepper
For the potato salad:
4 potatoes (500 g)
1/2 leek stalk
1 tbsp vinegar
3 tbsp oil
5 sprigs dill, chopped
1 tsp salt
Boil 3 eggs. In another pan, simmer the carrots in salted boiling water with a pinch of sugar for 10 minutes. Mix the minced meat with the remaining raw egg, salt, summer savory, parsley and black pepper. Knead well.
With wet hands, spread the minced meat onto damp baking paper. Shape it into a rectangle about 20 × 30 cm.
Arrange the halved boiled eggs lengthways, together with the carrots and gherkins cut into sticks.
Roll up into a meatloaf and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Place in the air fryer basket, then cover with coarsely grated kashkaval cheese.
Cook for 30 minutes at 180°C, then remove, slice and serve.
For the potato salad, peel and dice the potatoes. Put them in the large basket of the Philips 5000 Series Airfryer with steam cooking. Cook on the potato programme or at 100°C for 35 minutes.
Leave the cooked potatoes to cool. Sprinkle with finely chopped leek and dill, season with salt and drizzle with vinegar and oil. Mix and serve alongside the meatloaf.
