An easy no-bake cake with apples, cream and walnuts. Assemble it in layers, then chill before serving.
Peel and grate the apples. Sprinkle with half the sugar.
Mix the cream with the remaining icing sugar.
Arrange a layer of biscuits in a 20 cm dish.
Cover the biscuits with half the apples.
Spread half the cream over the apples.
Arrange the remaining biscuits on top.
Add another layer using the remaining apples.
Spread the remaining cream on top.
Sprinkle with coarsely chopped walnuts.
Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 6 hours or longer.
Serve the cake chilled.
