2 boneless chicken thigh steaks
4 tbsp breadcrumbs
2 tbsp mayonnaise
50 g kashkaval cheese
1 small tomato
1 handful walnuts (30 g)
Salt and black pepper
Remove the skin from the chicken steaks. Season with salt and pepper and coat all over with breadcrumbs.
Place in a greased baking dish and bake in a preheated 200°C oven for 10 minutes on each side.
Spread the mayonnaise over the chicken.
Thinly slice the tomato and arrange on top. Add the coarsely crushed walnuts.
Top with coarsely grated cheese.
Return to the hot oven for another 10–15 minutes, until golden.
