For the dough:
1 egg
250 g flour
For the filling:
2 eggs
200 g white brined cheese
80 g butter
Fit the Philips pasta maker with the lasagne disc and add the flour. Beat 1 egg and add enough water to make 95 ml liquid in total.
Select the egg pasta programme. The sheets begin to emerge after about 3 minutes.
Cut into squares or rectangles to fit the tin. Mix the 2 filling eggs with the cheese.
Boil plenty of water with salt and 1 tbsp oil. Butter a 20–22 cm baking tin. Boil 2–3 sheets at a time for no more than 1 minute.
Lay the sheets in the tin, brush with melted butter and add filling. Repeat with more boiled sheets, butter and filling.
Brush the top layer with butter only and make cuts in the pastry. Bake on the middle shelf of a preheated 180°C oven for 30–40 minutes. A fan setting may be used.
Cover with a cloth and rest for 15 minutes to soften. Slice and serve.
To make the dough by hand, use 1 egg and 2 tbsp water for every 100 g flour. Roll out the sheets and boil them in the same way.
